Carob Chip Cookies


1/2 cup butter
4 tablespoons granulated sugar
4 tablespoons sour cream
1 1/4 cups plain/all purpose flour
3/4 cup carob chips


Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas mark 4
Beat together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Fold in the flour, sour cream and carob chips.
Drop teaspoons of the mixture on greased baking trays and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Cool on a wire rack.
Makes about 30
